باستخدامك تطبيق تحفة أو موقع tuhfa.art فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.
By using the Tuhfa app or tuhfa.art you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
الحسابYour account
أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وسرية كلمة المرور. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر للشراء أو البيع.
You are responsible for accurate details and for keeping your password secret. You must be 18 or older to buy or sell.
الشراءBuying
- الأسعار بالجنيه المصري ويحددها البائع.
- الدفع حالياً عند الاستلام.
- يمكنك إلغاء الطلب من التطبيق قبل شحنه.
- المقاسات والصور تقريبية؛ معاينة الحائط بالواقع المعزز للمساعدة فقط.
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds and set by the seller.
- Payment is currently cash on delivery.
- You can cancel an order in the app until it ships.
- Sizes and photos are indicative; the AR wall preview is a guide only.
البيعSelling
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات أصلية أو مملوكة لك قانونياً، وأن تطابق الوصف والصور.
- تتم مراجعة البائعين والمنتجات قبل النشر، ويحق لنا رفض أو إخفاء أي محتوى مخالف.
- تخصم تحفة عمولة على كل بيع كما هو موضح في لوحة البائع.
- البائع مسؤول عن التغليف والشحن خلال المدة المعلنة.
- Products must be original or legally yours, and match their description and photos.
- Sellers and products are reviewed before publishing; we may reject or hide anything that breaks these terms.
- Tuhfa takes a commission on each sale as shown in the seller dashboard.
- Sellers are responsible for packing and shipping on time.
المحتوى والملكية الفكريةContent and intellectual property
يحتفظ الفنانون بحقوق أعمالهم. برفعك صوراً تمنح تحفة إذناً بعرضها داخل التطبيق والموقع لغرض البيع. لا يجوز رفع محتوى تملكه جهة أخرى بدون إذن.
Artists keep the rights to their work. By uploading photos you allow Tuhfa to show them in the app and on the site to sell your work. Do not upload content someone else owns without permission.
الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable use
يُمنع الاحتيال وانتحال الشخصية والمحتوى المسيء أو غير القانوني ومحاولة اختراق الخدمة. قد نوقف الحسابات المخالفة.
Fraud, impersonation, offensive or illegal content and attempts to break the service are not allowed. We may suspend accounts that do so.
المسؤوليةLiability
تحفة وسيط بين المشتري والبائع. نبذل جهدنا لضمان جودة الخدمة لكنها تُقدّم «كما هي»، وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة.
Tuhfa connects buyers and sellers. We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect damages.
القانون المطبقGoverning law
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
